Characteristics
- The controller uses a wide voltage design, completely avoiding instability or burnout caused by high peak voltages from the AC generator.
- This is a true dual-channel 100A current controller (many manufacturers’ specifications are exaggerated).
- We designed it to support a wide voltage range and allow high current to pass through, with a reasonable internal arrangement. This prevents the controller from overheating. We also use a large aluminum base plate for heat dissipation along with cooling fans in the control compartment, completely avoiding controller issues caused by overheating.
- The servo controller ensures that the lawn mower travels in a straight line during operation.
- The signal transmission pins use a 3U gold-plating process, fully ensuring the stability of signal transmission.
- Using 2500 PPR (the encoder emits 2500 pulse signals per revolution of the motor to precisely control the motor’s position and speed)
