Characteristics

• When mowing encounters a hard object, our disc and blades automatically disengage from the engine body, fully protecting the engine crankshaft, disc, blades, and other working components, completely preventing objects from being thrown and causing injury. After the blades leave the hard object, the cutting system automatically re-engages without manual resetting, greatly improving work efficiency.
• The cutter disc is made of HARBOX500 ultra-wear-resistant steel plate, with a Brinell hardness of 500HBW, making it very hard and wear-resistant.
• Used for securing bolts, with double-sided manganese steel teeth engaging on both sides to ensure the bolts do not loosen even under vibration.
• For the blades, we use double-sided single-layer diamond plating (wear-resistant, with the diamond edge gradually exposed during use) and double-sided hardened steel (the edge becomes sharper the more it is used, suitable for tens of thousands of acres of use).
