Prior approval is required

All returns must be reported to VODEXS and approved in advance. VODEXS may refuse goods sent back without approval.

Return conditions

  1. Every machine is inspected before shipment. If there is no quality problem, VODEXS does not accept return or exchange without cause.
  2. If an original manufacturing defect is found within seven business days after receipt, the customer must provide video and photographic evidence. After assessment, VODEXS will arrange repair or replacement parts. An entire-machine return is accepted only when the machine cannot be repaired and both parties agree.
  3. The customer must confirm the model, parameters, voltage and power version before ordering. If the customer selects the wrong model or enters incorrect order parameters, the order is not eligible for return or exchange, and all resulting costs are borne by the buyer.
  4. After a machine has been shipped, signed for or put into use, VODEXS does not accept a return solely because the customer no longer likes it or because it does not meet the customer’s expectations.

Return shipping costs

If a return or exchange results from a product-quality problem or because VODEXS sent the wrong product, and VODEXS confirms the issue, VODEXS will bear reasonable return transportation costs.

If a return or exchange is requested for customer-related reasons, the customer bears the return transportation costs, customs duties and other related costs.

Approved returns

Do not send equipment, parts or accessories to VODEXS before receiving approval and shipping instructions. A returned item may be inspected before an approved return or refund is processed. Refund method and payment details, where applicable, follow the approved order documents and written return confirmation.
