These Terms and Conditions apply to VODEXS INTELLIGENCE TECH SHANDONG CO., LTD. (“VODEXS”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and to related transactions. Product configuration, price, payment, delivery and other order-specific details are confirmed in the written quotation or order confirmation.
Quotations and orders
A quotation does not create a binding order until VODEXS confirms the specification, price, payment terms, shipping terms and estimated delivery in writing. The written quotation or order confirmation controls the model, configuration, included accessories, technical data and delivery scope.
Before ordering, the customer must confirm the model, specifications, voltage and power version. VODEXS is not responsible for a failure to return or exchange an order caused by the customer selecting the wrong model or entering incorrect order parameters.
Prices, payment and delivery
Currency, taxes, freight, insurance and payment milestones are stated in the applicable quotation or order confirmation. Delivery estimates depend on configuration, production scheduling, destination and carrier availability. Shipping terms and risk allocation are confirmed in the applicable quotation or order confirmation.
Returns and warranty
All returns require prior contact with VODEXS and approval. Equipment must not be sent back without authorization. Return conditions, freight responsibility and the handling of approved returns are set out in the Returns and Refunds page. VODEXS provides a two-year limited warranty described on the Warranty page.
Product use
Customers must follow the applicable operation manual, safety instructions and maintenance requirements. Final product configuration and technical information must be confirmed in the written order documents.
Intellectual property
Website text, images, product documentation, trademarks and design materials may not be copied or commercially used without permission.
Liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by the governing contract and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This policy and related transactions are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without excluding mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Any dispute arising from this policy or related transactions should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a people’s court with jurisdiction at the place where VODEXS is registered, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
