Shipping confirmation
The proposed shipping method, freight charge, insurance option, dispatch arrangement and estimated transit time are confirmed in the written quotation or order confirmation for each order. This page does not set a universal shipping charge or delivery time.
Delivery information
Tracking information is provided when available from the selected carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delay is caused by customs, weather, carrier disruption or events outside reasonable control.
Receiving the shipment
Buyers should inspect the packaging and equipment when receiving delivery and record visible transport damage with the carrier. Report shortages or transport damage promptly with photographs, packaging details and the delivery document so that VODEXS can investigate.
Returns
