VODEXS provides a limited warranty for two years from the date on which the customer receives the machine.

What is covered

The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and product-quality problems that occur during normal use.

What is not covered

  • Parts subject to normal wear.
  • Damage caused by improper operation, maintenance or use.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized modification or repair.
  • Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters or other external factors.

Warranty service

Warranty requests should identify the model, order or invoice reference, serial number where available, the issue and supporting photographs or video. VODEXS will assess the reported issue and arrange the applicable service. No equipment or part should be returned without prior approval and return instructions from VODEXS.

Returns and exchanges

Return and exchange eligibility, including the seven-business-day quality-defect review period, is set out on the Returns and Refunds page. An entire-machine return is accepted only when the machine cannot be repaired and both parties agree.
